About InstaBot

InstaBot is an Instagram-based market assistant that can provide market information and allow users to interact with supported functionality through messages.

Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.

Market information

Market information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. It is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Trading functionality

InstaBot allows users to initiate Stock Token purchases through Instagram. The actual blockchain transaction is authorized by you through your own wallet and executes on Robinhood Chain. InstaBot does not custody your wallet or private keys and does not sign transactions on your behalf.

V1 purchases use USDG, with a maximum of 500 USDG per BUY. Quotes and prices may change before execution.

User responsibility

You remain responsible for your decisions and for reviewing wallet transaction details before signing or approving any transaction. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once confirmed.

Third-party services

InstaBot may interact with services provided by Meta or Instagram, blockchain networks, market-data providers, infrastructure providers, or other third parties. Their own terms and policies may apply.

Prohibited use

• Abuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with service infrastructure.
• Use the service unlawfully.
• Attempt to compromise or harm other users.

Availability

The service may change, experience downtime, or be discontinued. Availability of assets, routes, liquidity, third-party services, and blockchain infrastructure is not guaranteed.

No guarantee and limitations

The service is provided without guarantees of profits, investment returns, execution, price, execution quality, availability, or accuracy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, InstaBot and its service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance-based losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms may be updated from time to time. When they change, the date at the top of this page will be revised.
